In Home Supports
This service assists individuals, 18 years and older, and their families by providing in-home supports to enable the individual to remain in their family home.
Families, including the person served, are the decision makers in identifying the services needed and in choosing how services will be delivered. This may involve community activities, training in daily living skills, personal care assistance, ambulating, exercise, and relief of stress often experienced by the primary caretaker.
The creative journey begins with inspiration...maybe a memory, a new experience, or simply an object. Enjoy an array of photos of our experiences and art pieces and crafts created by talented individuals.
