Employment Services offers opportunities for persons served to generate their own income and learn to manage it.

People with developmental disabilities can be successful, contributing, and loyal employees.

CLASS LTD provides innovative employment training and assessments to optimize client employment opportunities.  The Profile for Individualized Employment, or PIE, is CLASS LTD’s model system for creating strategic employment plans for persons with developmental disabilities. This system is unique in that it closely matches clients to employment that interests them.

A PIE meeting is a team building process involving persons with developmental disabilities, their family members, key staff, advocates, employers, counselors, friends, neighbors, and educators coming together to brainstorm.

This is a starting point for discussing the person’s strengths, abilities, interests, and ideas regarding employment. The intent of the session is to come away with steps to move the client forward in skill enhancement, increase job readiness, and develop realistic employment goals leading to meaningful employment.
